    For the potential homebuyer who is mortgage ready we offer a condense version of Homebuyers club entitled Fast Track. It is designed to provide students with the core essential information necessary to become an educated homebuyer in only 8 hours. Fast Track is a fast-paced educational-experience guaranteed to rouse students with a keen desire to learn more while keeping them highly engaged. We recommend the Fast Track course as an excellent vehicle for teaching the fundamentals of home buying.

    This course meets the requirements of down payment assistance programs that requires a minimum of 8-hours housing counseling /course to be provided by a HUD approved housing counseling agency, such as H.O.P.E. (Housing Options & Planning Enterprises, Inc.
